"Thanks for the prompt repair of my Sony laptop. You can quote me on this as well. I generally divide repair people into two categories: diagnosers and parts replacers. Replacers, the most common variety (especially at factory service locations) , just keep replacing parts without thought while diagnosers think first about the problem to make a cost-effective repair. You folks are definitely in the diagnosis category, fixing a connector problem on my laptop disk drive and getting in a new disk which I had supplied back into operation and, while at it, noted that the infamous DC power connector was going flaky and replaced that. You had my problem diagnosed the day that the laptop arrived at your location. With FedEx and DHL, repairs are just as fast with you as with local facilities. I have no problem recommending you for service. "
